2022 Winter Olympics Venue-National Speed Skating Stadium
Project introduction: The National Speed Skating Hall adopts an all-ice design with an ice surface area of about 12000㎡, realizing full coverage of all ice sports. This project is the world's largest ice rink using transcritical CO2 refrigeration technology, and it's also the world's first.
Refrigeration unit: The refrigeration system uses 6 CO2 transcritical parallel refrigeration units, each unit uses 6 compressors to meet the cooling capacity requirements.
Gas cooler : The system configuration uses 6 CO2 cooling gas cooler to meet the cooling needs of all equipment in the project;
Barrel pump unit: The system adopts 4 sets of 14m³ CO2 barrel pump units independently developed by Shenzhou, and is equipped with a special low-temperature circulation pump for CO2 to meet the requirements of the system's cooling capacity and CO2 storage.
Centralized medium pressure oil return unit: The system is equipped with a medium-pressure oil return unit developed and produced by Shenzhou to provide guarantee for the centralized oil return of the system and the equipment lubrication system.
Heat recovery system: In terms of comprehensive energy management and utilization, the entire project fully considers the recovery and utilization of heat energy. The heat recovered by the refrigeration system is fully used for the production of domestic hot water for athletes, hot water for melting ice pools, ice pour maintenance, etc.
